The UN Environment World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC) works with scientists and policy makers worldwide to place biodiversity at the heart of environment and development decision-making to enable enlightened choices for people and the planet.

UNEP-WCMC is seeking an organised, highly motivated and technically experienced Associate Programme Officer to support the Conserved Land and Seascapes Programme in the delivery of UNEP-WCMC’s Ocean+ initiative (www.oceanplus.org). The successful candidate will work with the Data Officer and other programmes at the Centre to advance UNEP-WCMC’s knowledge management strategy, and to help identify innovative approaches to addressing key conservation challenges.
