The HR Systems Business Analyst provides systems support on the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), currently PeopleSoft 9.2, along with integration support for other tools. The BA is responsible for configuration, reporting, troubleshooting and documenting processes. The area of system support varies from Administration to Talent Management modules and requires a high level of expertise in one or more area(s) of specialization spanning Global Payroll; Payroll for North America; Compensation; Benefits; Recruiting; Performance Management; Core HR; Employee Engagement tools; reporting; metrics, etc. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Global HR Systems and Data.
