The Human Resources Systems Data Analyst provides reporting and analysis in one or more of the following functions: global diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, staff development and training, organizational development and recruiting. The Data Analyst position will report to the Sr. Mgr, Global HR Sys & Data with a dotted line to the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Human Resources Systems Data Analyst will be responsible for the building, maintenance, and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in Human Resources and Global Diversity Equity and Inclusion, with knowledge of reporting best practices. Experience includes working with and maintaining Diversity and Inclusion reporting, Talent Management and Operations related key metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE
- Gather and document business user requirements and design effective reporting solutions.
- Maintain dashboards, reports and analyses as assigned in accurate working condition; respond to change requests and incidents.
- Research and recommend innovative approaches and best practices/standards in dashboard development and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.
- Perform ad hoc queries in a variety of systems and tools.
- Respond to quick-turn-around requests for data and information.
- Lead BI reporting projects with limited scope.
- Exercise forethought to avoid project issues; work to resolve issues independently or escalate as appropriate.
