We are looking for an expert consultant to work for Rangers and Labour Rights that will be responsible for the following task:
Phase 1: Research and Stakeholder Engagement (Pre-July 2025)
● Draft a briefing paper (estimated 4–5 pages) addressing:
● Contribute to the planning and organisation of the expert meeting scheduled for July 2025
● Support the identification and invitation of highly qualified specialists, including labour rights experts, union representatives, and relevant stakeholders
Phase 2: Post-Meeting Strategic Planning and Support
● Develop a 3-year road map (estimated 15-20 pages) outlining:
● Assist with outreach and engagement with trade unions and other worker representative bodies
● Liaise with and seek practical guidance from current and former members of the ILO Governing Body
● Provide ongoing technical advice and support as the initiative advances
