The GEF Small Grants Programme (SGP) is now accepting applications for funding of up to USD 50,000 for community-led projects across Solomon Islands.

Projects can focus on:

• Protecting ecosystems and endangered species
• Sustainable agriculture, fisheries, and food security
• Renewable energy and off-grid solutions
• Waste and chemical management
• Urban and community innovations
• Promoting inclusion and knowledge sharing

Open to all Solomon Islands-based groups.

Community-based organisations, Indigenous groups, women and youth groups, and NGOs — especially those working in remote and rural areas.
