The Program Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of operations activities in support of flexible staffing programs provided by the Chief People Office’s Coda Program. They provide administrative and communications support and program and project coordination, working closely with the Coda Program Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The Coda Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting team programs, procedures, and plans, and will provide assistance to and interact with all levels of personnel across the organization in support of Flexible Staffing needs and program communications activities. They will maintain the team’s SharePoint sites, assist in the preparation of reports and other communications, and maintain, update and improve existing program materials. They will provide coordination for team administration and projects, including scheduling, tracking and maintaining records. They will work closely with the Coda Program Manager to identify and implement processes and practices to improve program effectiveness and innovate. They will become well-versed in the systems and resources utilized by the team in order to execute assigned tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE

  • Responsible for supporting processes for Flexible Staffing initiatives
  • Perform duties under general supervision and established guidelines
  • Act independently on assigned tasks and exercise independent judgment based on analysis and experience, referring difficult questions and unusual problems to supervisor
  • Coordinate projects with several variables, working within a defined timeline and budget
  • Maintain and update SharePoint intranet sites and program materials
  • Coordinate team projects and processes
  • Demonstrate sensitivity in handling confidential information
  • Respond to inquiries which may be routine to fairly complex in nature
  • Perform non-routine analysis, research, and follow-through
  • Travel and work flexible hours as needed
