Support the Quality of Implementation teams in Africa & Asia in coordinating the team’s work with Certification Bodies and internal departments. This includes verifying and analysing data through license reviews and other process, performing quality checks on audit reports and managing databases and systems across teams. The Coordinator works in a multi-cultural team and contributes to the strategic vision of Standards & Assurance by implementing effective approaches to ensure that the certification program is well audited by CBs and to protect the reputation of the Rainforest Alliance in all cases. Attention to details, interest in defining, implementing and increasing efficiency of processes, and a knack for data analysis are key.


  • Perform quality checks on audit reports for certificate holders in various countries across Asia and Africa (license review);
  • Manage databases by updating and improving them frequently and provide regular reports to relevant colleagues (exceptions, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.);
  • Acts as a contact point and organizer for the QoI team on a number of topics (e.g. tech issues, CB training, data) and directs information flow between relevant internal colleagues;
  • Provides information to Certification Bodies and internal stakeholders on the RA standards and processes;
  • Provides regular analysis of basic data from our certification systems regarding audits, non-conformities, volume transactions and other relevant issues as requested;
  • Contributes to drafting, updating and distributing information and materials to Certification Bodies and Certificate Holders in the regions;
  • Supports and organizes the delivery of training to internal and external stakeholders on the implementation and improvement of RA certification standards and assurance processes; 
  • Provides input for the development, implementation and execution of RA certification procedures and processes on data management;
