Executive Assistant /Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Department is seeking a skilled and talented HR Coordinator to join the HR team. The HR Coordinator will be part of the HR team of 4 and will support the Chief People and Culture Officer. This is a fast-paced role and requires someone with good communication (written and verbal), organization, calendar management, department management, writing and advance computer skills.

The ideal candidate possesses strong judgment, prioritization and organizational skills and can drive tasks/projects to completion under limited supervision and as part of a team. They are tech savvy, with high proficiency with Office 365 applications and able to catch on to various other Human Resources systems quickly.


  • Assist in the completion, organization and management of employee actions within our HRIS systems (i.e.: hires, position adjustments, separations) , employee records and HR databases
  • Scheduling and organizing the executive’s calendar, candidate interviews, employee orientation and HR meetings.
  • Update electronic Human Resources policies
  • Complete Personnel Action Forms when needed
  • Assist with the communications and preparation of the performance review process.
  • Assist with recruitment process including updating the applicant tracking software, job postings and interview forms.
  • Answer general employees’ inquiries about HR-related issues
  • Assist in creating regular reports and presentations and calculating HR metrics
  • Lead and support other HR projects as needed
  • Assist in processing and coding HR invoices
  • Assist or prepare correspondence as requested
  • Perform other related duties in support of the Human Resources department.
