We are looking for two interns to support the prospect research and data management efforts of the Philanthropy Operations team. The intern’s work will benefit the Philanthropy team by increasing the amount of accurate research data in our database, ClearView, making the information immediately accessible for fundraisers in the field. Data entered by the intern will be critical to helping with scoring models, automated research profiles, and connections mapping for prospects in ClearView moving forward.

Details:
The primary project will be to research and add verified information to ClearView about major donor prospects, including contact information, birth dates, education and work history, corporate and foundation data, connections, and more. Additional responsibilities may include auditing existing data, helping with prospecting for new potential donors, actively participating in team meetings and collaboration activities. You will be expected to track and report on their completed work.

The intern will receive training in prospect research skills, ClearView CRM, data entry and management, best practices and trends in philanthropy, and project management.

The intern will report to a Senior Prospect Development Analyst, working closely with other Prospect Development and Philanthropy CRM colleagues as needed. Successful candidates will have experience and/or interest in research, data management, fundraising, or non-profit management.
