The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) is a non-profit environmental advocacy organization. We use law, science, and the support of 3.1 million members and online activists to protect the planet’s wildlife and wild places and to ensure the rights of all people to clean air, clean water, and healthy communities. NRDC was founded in 1970 and our staff helped write some of America’s bedrock environmental laws, including the Clean Water Act, and many of the implementing regulations.   • Work with the Chief Information Officer (CIO), team leaders, and key stakeholders to plan and execute projects assigned within the IT department’s portfolio
  • Develop project plans for stakeholders and team members
  • Delegate and assign project tasks to team members
  • Implement and encourage best practices for change management and risk management
  • Track project performance and analyze project deliverables against the requirements
  • Ensure budgetary objectives are met
  • Report on project health to the CIO, the Project Management Team, and the IT directors
  • Coach and encourage team members to follow best practices with project managem
