To maximize opportunities for the FSC network and interact with business partners around the world to support the strategic development of the supply of FSC certified materials.
To act as a coordinator of the Key Accounts in Colombia.
To develop communication channels with key customers to provide them with information on market trends related to FSC certified products and enable joint working relationships.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- To plan the strategy for the work of Key Accounts for Colombia
- To identify the key accounts in Colombia, by prioritized value chains, using the appropriate methodologies for this purpose.
- To develop action plans to generate new key accounts based on the identification made.
- To manage the key accounts previously identified by FSC Colombia.
- To support and assist the key accounts to achieve the goals of the action plans developed.
- To provide training to key accounts and their suppliers on the FSC system.
- To collaborate with key accounts to define strategies to position FSC in their communication.
- To implement the action plans defined with key accounts.
- To address cases of brand misuse.
- To manage the Brand Use License program for non-certified companies.
- To develop the communication tools and resources for the promotion and positioning of FSC in the country.
- To provide support to key accounts and users of brand use licenses for the implementation of communication tools and use of the FSC marketing-toolkit.
- To deliver monthly reports on the progress made.
- Others tasks that FSC Colombia considers pertinent for the management of key accounts and brand use licenses.
