She manages a team of 13 employees (3 project leaders and 10 analysts) and an extensive portfolio of biodiversity and nature strategy projects aimed at the public, private, and financial sectors. She structured the company's biodiversity hub from scratch starting in 2020, developing methodologies applicable to the megadiverse reality of Brazilian territory and consolidating a highly specialized technical team. She is an authority on the "biodiversity and business" agenda, and a pioneer in implementing the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures framework (TNFD) and the Science-Based Targets for Nature (SBTN) in Brazil. She was responsible for conducting the first TNFD and SBTN pilots in Brazil, structuring biodiversity strategies aligned with the “no net loss” and “nature positive” trajectories of companies such as Natura, Cemig, Axia Energia, Samarco, Aegea, CMPC, Renner and Vale, in addition to having developed the first Nature Transition Plan in Latin America, for Natura. She also coordinated the development of the Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan for the Metropolitan Region of Florianópolis-SC and for the Integrated Development Region of Greater Teresina (PI and MA), focusing on the implementation of the Global Biodiversity Framework and the Brazilian national strategy (EPANB). She is a specialist in landscape ecology, particularly in habitat loss analysis, and has significant experience supporting municipalities in developing fundable climate action projects, especially in the Amazon region, and in developing Climate Action Plans for cities such as Teresina, Manaus, and Guarulhos.
