Technical field(s) of expertise: Environmental Compliance & Enforcement • Conduct environmental site inspections and investigations in response to public complaints and suspected breaches of environmental regulations. • Evaluate compliance with environmental permits, licenses, and statutory requirements, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions. • Prepare comprehensive investigative reports and post-permit monitoring reports to support enforcement decisions and regulatory outcomes. Regulatory Action & Reporting • Draft, prepare, and serve enforcement notices in accordance with national environmental legislation and agency policies. • Maintain accurate and defensible records to support regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, and institutional accountability. • Prepare briefing notes, official correspondence, and reports for internal management, Parish Councils, and external stakeholders.
