The Conscious Food Systems Alliance (CoFSA), an initiative of UNDP Food Systems, will offer online participation in the Global Conscious Food Systems Summit from 1 to 4 September 2026, in partnership with Alef Trust.
The Summit will be livestreamed and recorded on the official CoFSA YouTube channel, allowing participants worldwide to follow the sessions remotely. In addition, five regional online gatherings will take place across Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America during the Summit.
The 75-minute regional gatherings will provide space for participants to reflect on the Summit themes in relation to their own landscapes, cultures and communities. Sessions will include facilitated dialogue, breakout discussions, exchanges of lived experiences and collective reflection intended to feed into the wider Summit process.
Regional gatherings will be held in English, French and Spanish, with multilingual subtitles available for Summit livestreams and recordings. Participants may register for the gathering corresponding to their region.
