Part of the “AI for Food Systems Research” webinar series, the session will examine how digital methods, semantic reasoning and AI-supported analysis can support food security research, media analysis and policy-relevant insights. Speakers will discuss practical applications ranging from online issue mapping and digital platform analysis to AI-powered search tools and automated data collection systems.
The webinar will also reflect on lessons learned around ethics, data quality, institutional adoption and the role of human verification in AI-assisted food systems research, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.
